- We’ve always got time for one of our favorite herbs. This cocktail has just the right amount of tartness, sweetness and thyme's soothing aroma.
ingredients
- 1 sprig Thyme
- ¾ part Simple syrup
- ¾ part Lemon juice
- 2 parts SKYY® Vodka
Behind the bar
- Glass: Stemless martini glass
Garnish: Thyme sprig
Method: "Slap" thyme to express oils/flavors and add to shaker tin. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker, add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with thyme sprig.
