- 1 ½ parts SKYY Infusions® Pineapple
- 4 ½ parts Soda water
- Cubed ice
Behind the bar
- Glass: Highball
Garnish: Pineapple wedge
Optional additional garnish: Jalapeno
Method: Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.
Add 1 ½ parts of SKYY Infusions Pineapple.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with pineapple wedge and a slice or two of jalapeno if desired.
