ingredients
- ¾ parts Simple syrup
- ¾ parts Grapefruit juice
- 1½ parts SKYY Infusions® Pineapple
- Top/float Sparkling wine
Behind the bar
- Glass: Flute
Garnish: Grapefruit twist or wheel
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker except sparkling wine.
Shake and strain into flute and top with sparkling wine to desired wash line.
Garnish with grapefruit twist or wheel.
